“Kaufland” is a German hypermarket store chain which is a part of the “Schwarz Gruppe” which also owns “Lidl” and “Handelshof”. First store was opened in 1984. in a small town called Neckarsulm. The store quickly expanded and became a leading retail brand in East Germany. Today the chain operates more than 1.200 stores across 8 European countries such as Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Moldova.
